i spent three days trouble shooting an error with my code to make the navigation and header work. and it does!! yay and many thanks for the kind people over on the neocities subreddit for helping me out!!
in other news, i cannot find my notes on my current writing project for silobe'. i thought they'd be on google drive (that i haven't touched in forever) or my external harddrive (which i haven't used much since it corrupted a few years ago and i lost a lot of stuff). but to no avail on either. the only other places to check are going through five years of hard copy notes and journals, though i may have lost a lot in the four or so moves i've had since then. i can also check my desktop, but she's been chugging the last few times i've logged on.
wish me luck on finding them. i know a lot of the shape of the story, but its those little details im after. unfortunately i cannot dig into the mountains of papers until later on because its the holidays! im staying with my amazing family right now and away from the literal ton of notes i have at home. i have them all "sorted" into a massive folder (journals notwithstanding). i think i might hit up the library after the holidays to scan everything in and put it all on the harddrive and my desktop. it pays to have back ups etc.
other than that, i've been busy with life. working full time +working a second job. y'know. late-stage survival etc.
anyway! catch yall soon hopefully. will see what i can uncover when i get back and have time.
